Here, you'll find important information to ensure a pleasant stay. By creating the reservation with us, you agree to all of our policies.

Good Neighbor Policy

We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If your actions disrupt another guest's experience, we may ask you to leave without a refund. Please enjoy your stay responsibly.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our rooms. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all.

Double Occupancy Policy

Each room has a rate based of 2 people using it. Extra adults (18+) are subject to a fee of $20 per person, per night. On the day of arrival, we'll ask you to confirm the party size and extra fees will be applied at that time. Rollaway beds will be made up and available in the Annex and Laundry Room for easy self-service.

Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions at a rate of $20 per pet, per night. All rooms are pet-friendly, ensuring comfort for you and your pets. Please provide an emergency contact number for situations where your pet may need attention while you're away. If your pet causes disruption and we cannot reach you, a $500 fee may be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the motel enjoyable for all guests.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy

Check-in is available after 4 PM, and you will receive your room assignment via email at 3 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you need more time, late check-out is available at $20 per hour. Please contact us to arrange this.

Cancellation Policy

We have a firm 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for the full stay. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
